Restricted, Sealed & Expunged Records

Clark County Closure Versus Expungement
Automatic statutory closure and expungement are not the same. Under §610.105, records can become closed after nolle prosequi, dismissal, acquittal, or successful completion of an SIS, subject to exceptions.
